PAINTED PRAIRIE - Oversight of over $50,000,000 in infrastructure installation at this 628-acre master planned community. Including a 3,500 lot, 50-acre commercial project. Also, managed Painted Prairie's Business Improvement Districts 1 & 2 and Metropolitan Districts 1-12.
BEAR CREEK - In charge of developing the 140 lot residential Bear Creek community ($6,000,000) and provided oversight and management of Bear Creek Village Metropolitan District and Bear Creek Local Improvement District.
CASTLE PINES - Oversight and management of Castle Pines North Metropolitan District and Castle Pines Parks Authority.
PORTEOS - Oversight for approximately $56,000,000 in infrastructure installation at Porteos and Velocity Metropolitan Districts—a 1,287-acre commercial master plan adjacent to DIA. Also, managed Porteos Business Improvement District.
THE MEADOWS - Oversight and management of The Meadows Metropolitan Districts 1-8.
